Draft and submit your email to STUDENTSTOALLSTUDENTS@listserv.med.harvard.edu as you would like it to appear in the final email. Make sure you follow the above guidelines

Your email will be sent to OSA staff to review:

If your email fits the guidelines above, your message will be approved, and no further action is required.

If your message requires revisions to adhere to the guidelines, you will be asked to make edits and re-send to the student-to-student listserv for approval.

If your email violates any of the above guidelines, you will be notified by OSA staff.

The ListServ is only monitored during working hours, emails submitted outside of working hours or on the weekend will be approved the next business day
Allowed and Disallowed uses of ListServ

Allowable Uses of the Student-to-Student Listserv:

Recruiting members to join your student organization

Inviting your fellow students to participate in your student organization events, programs, and/or activities

HMS/HSDM Student Council events/messages/announcements that are of relevance to the entire student body or a subset of the student body
Unallowable Uses of the Student-to-Student Listserv:

The use of any Harvard shield is not permitted (including the HMS and HSDM shields)

Invitations to events that are not sponsored by School or University designated departments/units

Personal fundraisers

Business solicitations including the sale of personal items

Job opportunities

Notices about research studies, clinical trials, visiting professorships, and the like

Survey requests must receive PME approval before distribution (please reach out to Stephen Pelletier (stephen_pelletier@hms.harvard.edu) about this process)

Posting obscene or vulgar materials and the use of obscene or vulgar, abusive, defamatory, profane, or threatening language of any kind will constitute a violation of the listserv policy.
