STUDENT COUNCIL
OUR MISSION
The Student Council of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) includes medical and dental student representatives from both the Pathways Program and Harvard–MIT Program of Health Sciences and Technology (HST).
Our mission is to represent the student body and work to foster the educational, cultural, social and political growth of all students, regardless of race, religion, sex, color, disability, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, marital or parental status, age or veteran status and any other identity not here enumerated.
A WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT
"Together, our diverse and driven council pushes for transformative change, extending our influence beyond the confines of Harvard’s marble walls. We work tirelessly to promote student wellness, improve affiliations with community organizations, and organize events to bring our 200-person family together. All that we do is in pursuit of our central mission: to advance HMS and HSDM into a realm where not only learning but also service and well-being are elevated to their utmost excellence."
